The Glendale Housing Authority Homeless Incentive Program (HIP) offers monetary incentives to encourage landlords to rent their available units to the Glendale Housing Authority homeless Continuum of Care Voucher holders. The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) has been a leader in the fight to end Homelessness and has implemented measures to accomplish this goal. HACLA has partnered with the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACOLA) to provide homeless incentive payments to private landlords to house applicants from HACLA’s homeless housing assistance programs. HACOLA will transfer City funds to HACLA, who will issue a check directly to a landlord upon receiving the HIP request.
Hold Incentive: Receive up to one month's rent, per vacant unit held, based on the number of bedrooms and current Fair Market Rents (FMR).
We are pleased to announce the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach (HACLB) is a sub recipient of funds through the Los Angeles County’s recently passed Measure H funding, which aims to support persons experiencing homelessness. The intent of this program is to provide additional resources to assist those in search of housing, while encouraging landlord acceptance of subsidized tenants who have been issued vouchers.

Pre-applications for a new housing opportunity in Los Angeles, 3671 S. Western Ave, 90004, are available NOW through March 18, 2019.
The Metro@Western has 16 units - (8) two-bedroom and (8) three-bedroom units available in a brand new building.
If someone is interested and has a Section 8/housing voucher, there is no minimum income requirement.

Santa Monica New Hope Apartments is a 25-unit low-income apartment community located just a short distance away from the 10 freeway in the city of Santa Monica and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theaters, the beach and public transportation. We have professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking and a large community room for our residents’ enjoyment. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating, a laundry washer/dryer and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator as well as grab bars in the bathrooms for our residents’ convenience.
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old and diagnosed with HIV/AIDS at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
