  • TAP Cards

    We offer 20 free rides on LA transit systems, plus a reloadable TAP card for future use.

  • Bus|Metro Pass

    We offer up to 4 free rides on approved bus and metro lines within Los Angeles.

  • Taxi Vouchers

    We offer up to $100 in free taxi rides for essential travel such as medical visits, shelter access, or legal appointments.

  • Taxi Coupons

    We offer $11 worth of short-distance rides for urgent local transportation needs.

Food Assistance

  • Home-Delivered Food

    We provide nutritious food packages delivered directly to families with children. Deliveries may also include essential items such as school supplies and personal hygiene products (based on availability).

  • Food Pantry at Immanuel

    Access fresh produce, frozen meals, and pantry staples every Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at our building (no appointment needed). This is a program from Immanuel Presbyterian Church.

  • CalFresh (EBT) Application

    We assist with the application process to obtain an EBT card that helps stretch your food budget and puts healthy meals on the table through the CalFresh EBT government program.

Health Coverage & Medical Support

  • Medi-Cal Enrollment

    We assist with Medi-Cal applications to secure free or low-cost health insurance, including options for private plans with tax credits.

  • PACE Program

    Support for seniors 55+ with complex health needs who want to remain at home. Our team can connect you to all-inclusive medical care through PACE.

  • MediCare Advantage

    .We assist individuals in enrolling in Medicare Advantage plans that combine both Part A and Part B coverage into one convenient program:

  • Crime|Human Traffic|Domestic Violence

    We assist non-citizen crime, trafficking and domestic violence victims in applying for emergency cash aid, including those pursuing T or U visas or with law enforcement documentation.

  • Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Application

    We assist newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers in applying for financial support when they are not eligible for other aid.

  • Cash Assistance for Immigrants (CAPI)

    Helps elderly, blind, or disabled immigrants legally in the U.S. who do not qualify for SSI/SSP.

  • EPIC Immigration Related Referrals

    We connect eligible individuals to immigration-related services and resources through our partnership with Echo Park Immigration Center. Also located in our bulding.
