Please note that all of our staff and case workers are volunteers, so appointment availability depends on their schedules. We add new appointments every week, and clients sometimes cancel—so we recommend checking our website frequently in case a spot opens up.
Client Care First Visit

✔ Client Care Support form must be completed at least 24 hours in advance
✔ After completing the intake, available dates and times will be shared to schedule an appointment
No form = NO SERVICE
Required at Appointment:
• Valid ID
• Medical Insurance Card
Individuals without a completed intake form and required documents will not be assisted.
Free Phone Giveaway
Clients may qualify to receive a free cell phone through government-supported programs that help low-income individuals stay connected. Our team assists with the phone set-up, verifies eligibility, and ensures clients can access essential communication for work, healthcare, housing, and emergency needs. Must complete intake form at least 24 hours before appointment.
The Giving Closet
The Giving Closet provides clients access to low-cost items from our thrift store, including clothing, household essentials, and personal-care items. This program supports individuals and families in meeting their basic needs with dignity while staying within their budget. Must complete intake form at least 24 hours before appointment.
