The Casebook Video Library is a centralized collection of instructional videos designed to help users learn how to use the Casebook human services software. It provides short, category-filtered video tutorials covering core features and workflows such as platform overviews, intake processes, case creation, reporting, user management, workflows, notes, attachments, and more. The library is organized by topic so users can quickly access visual, step-by-step guidance for tasks across different Casebook modules.
